Salary
satisfaction is running low across the Middle East, with just 7% of residents
in KSA highly satisfied with their remuneration, according to Bayt.com’s latest
salary survey. The picture around the Gulf is similarly bleak with each of the
GCC countries registering the same level of dissatisfaction regarding their
salary.
KSA’s
employees are roughly equally divided in terms of their salaries – with 20%
earning up to $1000 per month; 22% earning between $1001 and $2000 per month;
19% earning between $2001 and $3000; and 18% earning between $3001 and $5000.
Just 4% of employees in KSA earn over $10,000.
